Certified Wagyu beef is perhaps the most expensive beef in the world. The cattle are fed specially developed grain mix for around 400 days to ensure that their tender meat is packed with flavour.
One of the distinct features of Wagyu beef is its marbling. The Wagyu beef’s extensive marbling effect is created by ribbons of fat that run through the meat. It’s this high fat content which makes Wagyu Steak so succulent and tender.
Wagyu is graded from 1 to 12 depending on the amount of marbling running through the meat. Our Wagyu is grade 3-5 and is some of the best quality you can buy in the UK.
